Welcome to SFUSD's All Admin - July 2026!
We are so excited to welcome district administrators to launch the 2026 - 2027 school year! This All Admin will center on SFUSD's Vision, Values, Goals and Guardrails. Together we will;
- Leave with a strong sense of ownership for SFUSD’s Vision, Values, Goals and Guardrails and gain confidence in how our individual and team responsibilities contribute to achieving those goals.
- Understand the district's vision and priorities and identify the leadership practices, systems, and strategies to make meaningful progress toward district goals.
- Develop plans to adapt effective leadership practices and align the work of our teams to advance district priorities and improve outcomes for students.
As part of our launch day, we will be spending time together, in choice workshop sessions and in department and division meetings. To prepare, please review the "Schedule" page and be sure to -
- Select the choice workshops you would like to join in Session 1 and Session 2
- Select the department/division meeting you will be joining after lunch.
